For reservation requests using our Table Reservation Tool (TRT), your first name, surname, email address and/or your mobile phone number are recorded.
When we receive your table reservation request, you will receive a corresponding email or text message.
Shortly before the time that you have reserved, you will receive a reminder text message or email from us.
Should you not be in our restaurant at the given time, we may send you a further reminder text message/email. In this text message/email you will asked to get back to us or to confirm the reservation before a specific time; otherwise we will cancel your reservation.
If you cancel a reservation, you will receive a corresponding text message/email from us.
After you have left our restaurant, we may send you a text message/email asking for feedback regarding your visit. This is to help us improve service for our guests and strengthen the image of the restaurant for other guests and any feedback may be shown both on our own website as well as on other feedback platforms. We distinguish between three kinds of feedback: a) you remain anonymous, b) if you have activated ‘remember me’, we will see your identity and c) you have agreed that your feedback may be used by us in partially anonymous form (first name/surname initials) in reviews for advertising purposes. In the case of c) we will automatically delete your feedback after a period of six months.
The object of the survey is restricted to the implementation and confirmation of your reservation with us, and if feedback is given, to the improvement of our services and the publishing of received comments.
Your personal data will be definitively deleted from our server after a period of two weeks. We consider the purpose of making a reservation including receiving any feedback to have been fulfilled within this period. A given piece of feedback will be saved for longer period but without any connection to your data.
We reserve the right to save your data for a period of one year in the case of misuse of our reservation tool. This may be necessary in order to prevent further misuse.
If you have chosen the ‘remember me’ option, we will save your data for the duration of one year. If you make a new reservation with the ‘remember me’ option within this period and the data is changed in doing so (e.g. new mobile phone number), we reserve the right to update the old data with the new data. The data will then be saved for another year.
You of course have the right to ask us at any time which personal data we possess regarding you. To do so, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and share with us your specific issue. You can of course also request the definitive or partial deletion of your data by the same means.
When you visit our websites, some information is automatically collected by the device (e.g. mobile phone, computer, laptop, tablet) you are using to visit or use our website, including such information as the operating system, retrieval times, browser (e.g. type, language and history), settings and other data about your device that we use in order to provide services or in any other way as described in this privacy statement (‘Device Information’). We also collect information about your usage and activities on our websites, by using certain technologies such as cookies, web beacons and other technologies.
